Within the framework of the call for proposals E-BUSINESS 2019-2022, co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund, SPIRO d.o.o. has obtained a grant for the implementation of the project "Upgrading of electronic commerce in SPIRO d.o.o.". As part of the project activities, all the company's employees received training on foreign markets and digitalisation.

The external contractor, Business Solutions d.o.o., also provided training and competence building for SPIRO d.o.o. employees. The training took place at the company's headquarters and consisted of four lectures of 3 hours each. All staff attended the training.

The training covered the following areas:

• how the website, online shop and partner-to-partner e-exchange work and how they work,
• Industry 4.0.,
• digitisation of business (its benefits, risks, adaptation to new trends, regulation)
