How to order
The ordering system is simple.
- First, search for the item you want in the online shop. There are a number of tools to help you do this. Click on the product, select how many units you want to order and the desired flavour (or version of the product) and click on the "Add to basket" icon. Repeat this process for each product you wish to order.
If you want to buy the same product in different flavours/variants, you will also need to repeat the process of selecting the desired item with the new flavour. For example: if you have added a strawberry flavour product to your basket and you want to buy the same orange flavour product, you need to click on "Add to basket" again, but before you do that, you need to select the new flavour you want and the number of pieces. - Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, click on the Basket or Checkout icon at the top of the page. Clicking on the Basket icon will open a window where you can further edit and review your order. You can also get information on the delivery value in your basket. If your order qualifies for free delivery, this will also be shown in the online basket.
The shopping basket stores your selected products and shows you the number of products. You can view the contents of your basket at any time and add or remove selected items. You can change the quantity of the selected products and by pressing the "Update basket" button, the total value of your purchase will be recalculated according to the changed quantity. You can remove items from your basket by pressing the "X" button on the far right next to the price of the item.
- If you are sure that you want to buy the products you have in your basket, then press the "Proceed to checkout" button. The system will redirect you to a form where you can enter the required delivery and invoicing details and complete the purchase. Here you can follow further instructions, such as logging in with your user account, which offers you a number of benefits, or simply entering your delivery details without logging in to our system.
- Before choosing a payment method, you can take another look at the items you have selected and, if you are happy with them and want to order them, proceed to choosing a payment method. To use a voucher, enter it in the ''VOUCHER'' box, if it is valid, it will automatically calculate the amount of the discount. Only one voucher can be used!
- Choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order by clicking on the icon "PLACE AN ORDER". Placing an order implies an obligation to pay the company.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
The submitted order is sent to our database. At the same time, you will receive an email about the receipt of your order. This message confirms that we have received your order and have started processing it. You can check all your delivery and invoicing details and all the items you have ordered. Any changes you wish to make to an order that has already been placed but not finally confirmed can be communicated to the Sales Consultant by replying to the order receipt email.
The order is deemed confirmed or. completed by a follow-up email, in which your order, payment details, delivery method and final order confirmation are verified by a consultant. All orders where the payment method "Invoice" is selected will be dispatched when payment is received in our account.
In the event of an error when ordering via the www.abp-sport.com website, the user may cancel the order by calling 051 218 785 or by replying in writing to the email confirming receipt of the order via the online shop.
If you have any problems ordering, please contact us by email info@abp-sport.com

The Buyer has the right to claim the warranty on the products if, upon receipt, the Buyer discovers that the contents or the exterior of the product are damaged. CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his or her decision. The time limit starts one day after the date of receipt of the goods.
The consumer shall notify the withdrawal from the contract to the Seller's e-mail address: info@abp-sport.com.
The withdrawal form is available here>>>
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall return the goods received or by post to the address of the company: SPIRO d.o.o., Velika pot 24, 5250 Solkan.
The return of the goods received to the company within the withdrawal period shall be deemed to be a communication of withdrawal.
The consumer must return the goods to the trader undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity through no fault of the consumer. The consumer may not use the goods without hindrance until the contract is cancelled. The consumer may inspect and test the goods to the extent strictly necessary to establish the facts. The consumer is liable for diminution in the value of the goods if the diminution is due to conduct which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The only cost to the consumer of withdrawing from the contract is the cost of returning the goods (which, in the case of shipping, is charged according to the delivery service's price list and depends on whether it is a consignment/package/shipment). The item must be returned to the seller no later than 30 days after the date of the cancellation notice.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract where the subject-matter of the contract is an item which has been manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, which has been tailored to the consumer's personal needs, and which, by its nature, is not suitable for return.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR GOODS:
- goods that are made to the consumer's precise instructions and tailored to his or her personal needs;
- sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging is open or damaged;
- goods which, by their very nature, are inextricably mixed with other objects;
Refunds of payments made, including delivery charges, will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. The business shall return the payments received to the consumer by the same means of payment as used by the consumer (which is most commonly by payment into a transaction account), unless the consumer has explicitly requested a different means of payment and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.
In the event of withdrawal from a contract where a bonus, discount code or promotional code has been redeemed, these funds will be taken into account as a discount and will not be refunded to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded. In the event of withdrawal, the gift voucher shall be treated as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift voucher, and the amount paid shall be returned to the user.
In exceptional cases where items are not returned in accordance with the PDPA, we may offer to buy the item back with appropriate compensation, which we will set out in a note at the time of return. The discounted redemption will be taken into account upon confirmation by the consumer by email. The consumer benefits from this redemption only when ordering another item of equal or higher value.
The right to a refund in the event of a warranty and material defects is regulated in more detail by the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated text).
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Abp Prosport d.o.o. complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. SPIRO Ltd. makes every effort to fulfil its duty to ensure an effective complaints handling system.
In case of problems, the buyer can contact the feeder by phone on 051 218 785 or by email at info@abp-sport.com. The complaint should be submitted via email to info@abp-sport.com. The complaint procedure is confidential.
Abp Prosport d.o.o. is aware that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, which is also a major obstacle to consumers not taking their dispute to court. Abp Prosport d.o.o. therefore makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In accordance with the legal norms, Abp Prosport d.o.o. does not recognise any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent to settle a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
Abp Prosport d.o.o., as a provider of goods and services through online commerce, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Service (ODRS). The platform is available to consumers here or
https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=SL
These rules are based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
CREATIVE FAILURE
The consumer can exercise his rights under the material defect law if he notifies the seller of the defect within two months of the date on which the defect was discovered. The consumer must describe the defect in detail in the defect notification and give the seller the opportunity to inspect the item. SPIRO d.o.o. will respond within 8 days of receipt of the notification of a material defect.
The Seller is not liable for material defects in the goods which become apparent after two years have elapsed since the goods were handed over. A defect in the item is deemed to have existed at the time of delivery if it occurs within six months of delivery.
A consumer who has duly notified the seller of a defect has the right to require the seller to:
- remedy the defect in the goods or refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect; or
- replace the defective goods with new faultless goods; or
- refund the amount paid.
WHEN AN ERROR IS FACTUAL:
- where the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for their normal use or circulation
- where the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the buyer is buying them, but which were known or should have been known to the seller
- where the goods do not have the characteristics and qualities which were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
- where the seller has handed over an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was only shown for information.
HOW THE SUITABILITY OF AN ITEM IS CHECKED
It is verified against other, faultless goods of the same type, as well as against the manufacturer's declarations or statements on the goods themselves.
HOW A CLERICAL ERROR IS ENFORCED
The buyer must inform us of any material defect, together with a detailed description of the defect, within the time limit set by law and at the same time allow us to inspect the goods. The form for reporting a clerical error can be found here>>>
The right to claim that an item is defective is governed more specifically by the Consumer Protection Act.

- we no longer need them for the purposes of the processing but the data subject needs them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
- the data subject has lodged an objection to the processing of the data until it has been verified whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
In case of restriction, such personal data shall, with the exception of their storage, be processed only with the consent of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person.
We will always inform the data subject before revoking the restriction of processing.
f) Right to data portability
At the request of the data subject, we shall transfer the personal data provided to us by the data subject to another controller where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and where this is technically feasible.
g) Right to object
If we process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes, the data subject may object to such processing at any time.
In the event of an objection, we shall immediately stop processing the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for (i) processing which overrides the interests, rights and freedoms of the individual; or (ii) to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. This does not apply in the case of an objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, where, in the event of an objection by the data subject for direct marketing purposes, we shall immediately cease processing the personal data relating to him or her.
h) Right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner
If we do not respond to an individual's request within 1 month, or if we refuse the individual's request, the individual may lodge a complaint, which is the responsibility of the Information Commissioner.
An appeal against a refusal must be lodged with the controller within 15 days of the expiry of the one-month period or receipt of the refusal. The request and the complaint can be submitted by the individual using a special form published on the Information Commissioner's website.
