INN Supplements Iso Hydratonic drink provides you with everything necessary to replace lost fluids, electrolytes and filling glycogen storage during exercise or during intense competitions. Carbohydrates and fatty acids are the main fuel for all endurance athletes. During exercise, the body urgently needs additional intake of fluid, especially in situations of high temperature and humidity. In those circumstances, the body loses a lot of water through sweating, body temperature begins to rise and consequently physical performance is falling.
INN Supplements Iso Hydratonic drink not only contains simple carbohydrates or sugars, but a mixture of maltodextrin, glucose and fructose. It is the ration of this mixture that allows more and longer-lasting energy. In addition to the carbohydrates that contribute to an appropriate osmolality, the product contains also essential electrolytes and minerals. Sodium, potassium and magnesium are important in the functioning of muscle tissue and are very important in controlling the distribution of intra- and extra cellular fluid, which is of course very important for proper hydration. Sodium and potassium are important elements in the metabolic processes of energy production (ATP) and the contraction of muscle cells. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1-1.5 scoop (20-30 g) with 0.5 l of water and shake well. Product can be used before, during or after exercise.
