Eat 1 M&M’s Protein Bar Bar after training or as a supplement to the proteins over the day.
RECCOMENDED DAILY DOSE:

INGRIDIENTS:
Protein mixture (19%) (milk protein isolate, milk protein, whey protein concentrate (milk), emulsifier (soya lecithin), milk chocolate (15%) (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, cocoa mass, lactose and whey protein (from milk), palm fat, whey powder (from milk), milk fat, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla extract), hydrolysed collagen (14%), caramel (14%) (sweetened condensed milk powder, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, palm oil, butter (from milk), sugar, emulsifier (E471), stabilizer (pectin), salt, natural aromas), moisture retainer (maltitol, glycerol), peanuts %), peanut meal, fructo-oligosaccharides, natural aromas (peanut), salt, dyestuff (ordinary caramel), antioxidant (natural mixed tocopherols). It can contain almonds, hazelnuts, walnut, gluten and egg. Not suitable for vegetarians.
