Quamtrax BCAA 4 contains a combination of BCAA amino acids, L-glutamine and Taurine. L-glutamine is the most present amino acid in muscle tissue , while BCAA branched-chain essential amino acids play an important role against the catabolism of muscle during exercise. The mixture of these ingredients is effective in volumization of muscles and increasing protein synthesis.
In addition, magnesium is added to Quamtrax BCAA 4 in order to act as a synergistic factor in the release of muscle against cramps, in the metabolic processes and energy production. Vitamin B6 is also added, which is a key factor in anabolism of muscle tissue. All components combined together are of high quality and have a huge impact in preventing muscle degradation and increasing regeneration.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 scoop (10g) of Quamtrax BCAA 4 before or after excercise with sufficient amount of water.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:
10-20g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
