MCT OIL
Quamtrax MCT oil is one of the specific sports nutrition products, as it can also be used for other purposes. The product contains medium chain triglycerides (MCT). These triglycerides refer to the length of fatty acids attached to glycerol and containing 6 to 12 carbon molecules. By comparison, short-chain fatty acids (e.g., butyric acid) have less than 6 carbons, while long-chain fatty acids such as EPA and DHA contain 13 to 21 carbons.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
take 10-20g of Quamtrax MCT Oil 15-30 minutes before excercise.
RECOMMENEDE DAILY DOSE:
10-20g per day or according to individual needs.
INGREDIENTS:
Coconut oil rich in medium chain triglycerides. May contain traces of lactose, soy, gluten, eggs.
