Quamtrax Micellar Casein proteins are obtained from fresh skimmed milk. The product contains a blend of micellar casein and calcium caseinate. Undenatured casein has a higher biological value than many other proteins. Casein is a protein that allows a slower transition of amino acids in the bloodstream and can provide for several hours a positive nitrogen balance. This is especially important when you excercise intensively or perform hard physical work. This characteristic of Quamtrax Micellar Casein allows a better anticatabolic effect compared with other proteins.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Mix 1 dose (35g) with water or nonfat milk and consume immediately after workout.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:
1-2 doses (35-70g) per day or according to individual needs.
