Xcore Acetyl L–carnitine increases the quality of the L–carnitine amino acid, because of its high biological value. This product is intended primarily to facilitate the loss of fat and to increase energy level.

Xcore Acetyl L–carnitine is a derivative of carnitine or acetyl ester. It has been proved that for the transfer of fatty acids into the mitochondrial matrix within a cell, L-carnitine has to acetylate the acetyl ester. It is widley used and popular by athletes who want to improve their training efficiency. The primary role of L–carnitine is directing fat from fat stores into cell energy factories.

Moreover, acetyl L-carnitine increases the level of coenzyme A, which is responsible for the activation of enzyme transferase. This enzymes catalyze the reaction of the formation of acetyl choline, an important neurotransmitter involved in the activation process in the production of testosterone.
