INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 capsule once and twice a day with meals. It is recommended to take 2-3 months.
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE:
1 capsule, once or twice a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
INGREDIENTS:
65.8% glucosamine sulphate 2KCl (from crabs), 6.6% chondroitin sulphate, 3.3% Boswellia serrate extract, 3.3% ginger extract (Zingiber officinale L.), 1.4% L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), 0.7% sodium hyaluronate, 0.8% manganese bisglitsinate (manganese amino acid chelate), volume enhancer (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-adhesion agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), capsule (gelatin, dye E171).
